Prevent Stroke, Carrot Consumption

Stroke is not the monopoly of the disease parents, young people were much afflicted by this disease. Although this disease is often dominated by older men, but the facts show, many people die young because of having a stroke. If anything, attacking stroke to anyone regardless of age.



STROKE
Stroke is a disorder of brain function due to blood flow to the brain susceptible to interference. As a result of nutrients and oxygen the brain needs are not met properly. The cause of stroke could be due to blockages in blood vessels and the presence of broken blood vessels. Stroke suffered by parents due to the aging process that causes blood vessels to harden and narrow, and the fats that clog arteries.
While the causes of stroke at young age and the age of productivity (15 until 40 years) caused by stress, drug abuse, alcohol, heredity and lifestyle are not healthy.



Stroke is one of the most common cause of death, disease is often identified with limb paralysis which attacks suddenly and the decline in consciousness. That subtle symptoms of a stroke is less skeptical, such as memory disorders, emotional disorders, behavioral disorders. Whereas early detection of stroke symptoms is the main thing.
There are many ways people do to avoid this disease, one of the easiest ways is to consume inexpensive carrot plants.



Carrots
Carrots are known to have vitamin A content of a very high, in addition to other elements such as calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, calcium, and iron. Carrots including plants grown throughout the year, especially in mountainous areas that have cold temperatures and damp, and plants can be grown in all seasons.



BENEFITS TO DISEASE STROKE Carrots
So far, people familiar with carrots only for the eyes because of vitamin A which is very high. Apparently this plant has a greater efficacy again. Vegetables are known as the rabbit’s favorite food is proved to prevent stroke. People who had a stroke, if you consume lots of vitamin A, will have fewer neurological damage (nerve) and have a chance to heal. This is because when the brain does not get oxygen for how long, as in stroke, the cells began to experience malfunctions (interference function) which causes a chain of events reached its peak when the nerve cells to oxidative damage, and these conditions can be muted if the blood of many vitamin A.



A research showed that eating carrots at least five times a week can reduce the risk of stroke by 68 percent when compared to eating carrots only once a month.
Anti stroke efficacy is also caused because the activity of beta-carotene to prevent plaque or cholesterol deposits in blood vessels. Beta carotene is the most active pigments when compared with the alpha and gamma carotene. Beta-carotene are usually better known as pro-vitamin A that will be the vitamin A in the intestinal wall.


None of them want to have a stroke, and no one wants to die young. Prevention is better than cure, learn to nature, because of the nature we find many benefits. Carrots that we know as a vegetable, it can keep us from death.
